ASG currently has about twenty employees in strategy, store design and
construction, lease administration, rent accounting and lease audit roles.
The store design and construction team have ten to fifteen years of retail
experience and are supplemented with with equally experienced outside
contractors on a project basis.
The strategy team has worked together for over ten years on multiple
retail strategies and studies and employs state of the art GIS technologies
and modeling software.
The lease audit team has manager level accounting experience and
CPA certification.
The lease administration and rent accounting team is lead by the former
director of lease administration and rent accounting from Limited Brands.
This team also partners with Virtual Premise to deliver a robust, over the
web, outsourced solution to multiple clients.
