Chris leads our
Retail Operations practice. Chris has over 27 years of leadership experience within world
class retail and consumer products brands as well as in the solutions/services industry.

Former Executive Vice President/Director of Retail Operations for Victoria’s Secret
Stores where he led multiple initiatives to generate scalable revenue growth through
improved customer in-store experiences and best practice operating efficiencies.

Prior experience leading field and corporate sales/sales support functions at Bath
& Body Works, The Coca-Cola Company, Gap and Federated Department Stores.

Chris founded CTL Retail Partners LLC where he engaged with retail executive teams
to link brand and business objectives to scalable sales generating capabilities,
methods and tools.
