Utility Bill Data Capture and Presentment:

• Bill scanning within 24 hours of receipt at our secure scanning center;
• Entry of all bill data including KwH, demand, service dates, etc. using an ISO 9001 certified process;
• Validation of key bill data such as meter number, site, and service dates;
• Client-defined audit flags at the meter level to identify bills that are out-of-line with historical or expected consumption and cost;
• Presentment of utility data on the web using ProKarma's ProUtilityTM software; and,
• Transfer of accounts payable information to your system using a secure FTP site so you can manage your cash.

In addition to the above, monthly expense reporting and analysis is available.
